How My Online Coaching Program Is Different
Most online coaches work with clients exclusively through email. I’ve been coached that way. Obviously it worked for me, but I thought communication was inefficient. It could take a couple days to get a question answered.
Some coaches don’t even send personal emails. You download a program or a phone app and that’s supposed to be enough. And it might be for some people.
I do things differently.
We will have live conversations.
We will meet weekly for the first four weeks when we are getting started, gathering data, and you’re learning how to follow the program we will create together.
That’s one difference.
What else is different?
I have the certifications and the personal experience.
I’ve done it. I started when I was 47 years old. (Heading towards 60 now! )
And, as a teacher, I want you to learn how to be successful without me.
Real transformation takes time, consistency, and patience.
While you have the option to work with me longer than a few months, you shouldn’t have to. I want you to be able to “graduate” with new skills and new habits in place.
I started using flexible dieting a decade ago and I’m still using it. It’s an organization strategy, not the typical short-term, restrictive diet you can download online.
You will learn how it works and how to customize it so you can stick with it long enough to reach your goals!
I thought it would be awkward connecting in this way with someone I didn’t know a such a personal topic, but Tammy makes it easy and comfortable! She makes me feel like I am her one and only client when we are talking and she is helping me learn!
I have learned so much! I’ve gone from not knowing much about my body, food intake, and fitness to a new confidence that comes from understanding “me” better.
