I do think it is good for me to be doing this program right now.  I enjoy lifting so much that left on my own, I tend to do too much.  This is good for me.  I lift what the spreadsheet tells me to lift.  It’s frustrating though.  I know I can handle more weight, but I don’t mess with the spreadsheet.  Instead, I focus on form.  Perfect form.  It’s what I need to do to get stronger and bigger.
