A chest workout is very ‘mechanical’ for me. Not my favorite. Not the least favorite either. I just do the work. I did figure out a couple weeks ago that I can lift heavier on some things if I stretch between sets. So I lift, stretch, change weight, lift, stretch, change weight… mechanical. A lifting, stretching machine.

I used to hate leg day with a passion, but learned to love it! Actually that was one of my early blogs about how I went from hating it to loving it. Now there is no days I dislike!
