I swear – I am lifting as heavy as I can handle.  It’s just that I have a little tendinitis in the right elbow area.  So the weakest link in my “arm chain” gets tired a lot faster than the actual muscles I want to work.  Keeps me from lifting heavier, so I do a lot of sets, I guess.  I also did biceps before work and triceps after.  I wanted biceps to have all my attention and calories for most of the day.

Weights are going up a little.  A month post-show and I’m starting to feel like “me” again.  I love creatine.  And carbohydrates.

I’m not logging the abs and calves I’m doing in between sets anymore.  Let’s just keep what I’m doing a surprise until you see them next time on stage.  😉
